Martin Burder

In 2000, Martin Burder set off on an epic journey, cycling around the world and covering 400 miles a week.
He expected to be in the best shape of his life—but instead, he found himself constantly low on energy, starving, and gaining weight, despite extreme exercise.
Confused and determined, Martin dove deep into the science of health, nutrition, and longevity, discovering that real vitality isn’t about burning calories—it’s about eating smart, moving strategically, and mastering mindset.

Now in his 50s, Martin is living proof that with the right approach, you can stay strong, energised, and in control of your health—no matter your age.
